Day 1: Arba Minch – Konso – Jinka
- Depart Arba Minch in the morning via 4x4 vehicle

- Visit the Konso tribe and UNESCO World Heritage terraced villages
- Scenic drive through Weyto Valley to Jinka, gateway to the Omo Valley
- Optional visit to South Omo Cultural Museum
Overnight: Lodge in Jinka
Meals: Lunch, Dinner
Day 2: Jinka – Mursi Tribe – Turmi
- Morning excursion into Mago National Park to visit the Mursi people, famous for their lip plates and scarification
- Continue to Turmi, home of the Hamar tribe
- Afternoon cultural walk or attend a bull-jumping ceremony if available
Overnight: Lodge in Turmi
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Day 3: Turmi – Dassanech Tribe – Turmi
- Drive to Omorate near the Omo River
- Cross the river to meet the Dassanech tribe, known for their pastoral way of life and creative adornments
- Return to Turmi with possible stop at a Hamar market or local event
Overnight: Lodge in Turmi
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Day 4: Turmi – Karo Tribe – Key Afer – Jinka
- Visit the Karo tribe in Korcho, known for their artistic body painting and scenic riverside village
- Stop at Key Afer market (Thursdays only), where multiple tribes gather
- Return to Jinka for overnight
Overnight: Lodge in Jinka
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Day 5: Jinka – Arba Minch – Departure
- Drive back to Arba Minch through beautiful highland scenery
- Optional stop at Dorze village if time permits
- Transfer to airport or onward travel
